Amazing service
The service is amazing. We had a problem when they were first delivered (arms were missing). After one email detailing this- it was rectified immediately- 2 days later I received a new 3 set of chairs.
The chairs are perfect and extremely comfortable.
A great service all round.

Great customer service - chair quality less so
Unfortunately the chair arrived with two left arm rests and misaligned bolt holes for connecting the arm rests. The company were keen to rectify the issue and offered various options. Customer Service were excellent but let down by quality control.
