This is the 2nd time I have order a…
This is the 2nd time I have order a chair from HJH, on first order the chair was damage so I return it. I have know order again and this time gas lift was leaking, and bolts are missing to fixed the chair.
I will never order from them again.

bought two chairs both are comfy. I wish if Arm rest could be adjusted I get pain when I leave my arms on arm rests for some time. Apart from that all good.

A really good product and good delivery…
A really good product and good delivery time, however, the packaging was a little inadequate. The box was split open on arrival and the chair pieces were loose and able to move about. Luckily it was a well made chair and consequently didn't suffer any damage in transit.

Very happy
I am extremely very happy with the quality and comfort of this chair. Delivery was prompt, and customer service was excellent - I had to call twice for support, the phone was answered straightaway by a very helpful adviser. Although the written instructions are minimalistic, the chair turned out to be easy to assemble, even for a non-technical person like myself. Following one of my queries, the adviser sent me a link to a YouTube promotional video which showed clearly how the chair could be adjusted, although it would have been better if the link's address had been included in the written instructions. Last but not least, the company takes part in the Give as you Live scheme, which is a big plus for me. I definitely recommend this company - and this particular chair.

Customer service is excellent however the product supplied was scratched and damaged. Hjh staff got replacements to me within a week. I can't fault their customer service but perhaps they need to get some more reliable suppliers.
