Machine broke, customer service non existant

For new buyers: read their answer below to understand why you should not buy their machines!!!
If there is less than one stay I would have given it. I purchased the EXPRO980 - Machine à café a few months ago. The coffee grinder stopped working. I contacted the customer support and sent them all documentation to prove it is still in warranty! the stopped answering me.

this was not our choice, but a requirement from Zalando, your seller.
For any warranty request related to a purchase made through Zalando, we are required to redirect the customer to Zalando’s customer service first, as they must initiate the claim on their side. This is the contractual process in place.

We did reply to you on November 5th, asking you to contact Zalando according to their procedure.
Today, we also sent you a copy of that message again, in case it had gone to your spam folder.

Have you been able to contact Zalando following our message from November 5th?
Without their intervention, we cannot start a warranty process directly, as this would bypass the procedure required by your seller.

Wine cooler ruined wines at 40 degrees celcius

The wine cooler broke down after 4 years. All they say is that it is out of warranty. Poor answer, considering that the cooler got up to 40 degrees celcius, ruining 8 amazing bottles of wine, and H Koenig does not want to compensate.

H.Koenig SWR22 no spares available

I bought a H.Koenig SWR22 robot 18 months ago it worked well but needs new brushes having worn out - unobtainable. H.Koenig spares department has said ‘exhausted’ for months. Item unusable.

I purchased the food processor MIX330…

I purchased the food processor MIX330 from ebay and was very excited when it arrived. However, the assembly was confusing, and the plastic is such terrible quality that it starts "peeling" right away. Also i emailed them if i can use the parts in dishwasher as it wasn't mentioned in the manual (?????) and never got a reply (3 weeks ago). After first use i wanted to return it but unfortunately i threw away the box.
What a sad waste of money that was. Might as well throw it away!

We do not sell our products on Ebay, this is can be a Used or second hand. This may explain your problem.
Regarding your question, obviously the engine block should not come in contact with water, it must be cleaned with a soft cloth.
For plastic elements it is well compatible with the dishwasher.

Nous ne distribuons pas nos produits sur Ebay, il s’agit peut être donc d'un produit d'occasion ou d'une seconde main. Cela peut expliquer votre problème.
Concernant votre question, évidemment le bloc moteur ne doit pas entrer en contact avec de l'eau, il doit être nettoyer avec un chiffon doux.
Pour les éléments en plastiques ils sont bien compatibles avec le lave-vaisselle.
