    Appalling service so far (update)

    This is an update to my previous review. With reference to your response:-
    Paragraph one, you have still failed to do this and just sent the same transaction history with zero bances.
    Paragraph two saying you are unable to give me statements of the two isa’s. This is in breach of FCA rule: COBS .4
    The other things you did and rejected my complaint about breach FCA rules PRIN 2 and PRIN 2a.
    So do you still think it is a good idea to not let me speak to a supervisor?

    Secure messaged them twice over 5 days…

    Secure messaged them twice over 5 days requesting details to transfer cash ISA to another provider but they are not responding. Why don't they show my account details for my ISA then I could just fill out the form myself

    We are concerned to learn that you have not received a response within five days, as we typically aim to reply within two working days. Please respond to our request for information so we can confirm that your messages are being received and address your enquiry accordingly.

    Regarding transferring an ISA, the information required is your client number, the amount you wish to transfer and, if this is a partial transfer, the specific products you would like to withdraw for in order to transfer out. There is no separate account number for the Cash ISA; your new provider only needs your client number for us to process and accept the transfer. Thanks, HL Team.

    I wanted to sell some shares

    I wanted to sell some shares and I hadn’t done it before. I spoke to someone who explained that it was cheaper for me to do it online and pointed me in the right direction to do it myself.
    He guided me through the process and I was very impressed how easy it was and grateful for the help

    Im a novice and a pensioner .....

    Im a novice and a pensioner so not good with internet.
    Im so happy im with a highly reputable company. I have peace of mind.
    The other day I phoned to get help to sell on if my stocks and add it to another. I was worried incase I did something wrong.
    The gentleman was so polite, helpful and made me feel at ease.
    I was under no pressure time was not important to him. And regardless of my small amount, I know everyone would get the same treatment!
    I would highly recommend this company.
    Only wish I had started earlier.

    Support over the last few weeks

    I have recently phoned several times for support about accessing funds from my SIPP. Without exception every one of your staff have treated me with respect and patience. They have enabled me to understand various processes and have supported me to successfully achieve my goals.

    Unexpected "account under review" block

    Has been customer for 2+ years. Fixed term ISA deposit matured. Attempt to "Add" or "Withdraw" funds results in message "Unable to proceed [...] call our Helpdesk [...] for further details".
    No email, call or notification from HL.
    Helpdesk initially tell useless things like "use a different browser". After several calls helpdesk tell "The account is under review". No timeline, no communication, no feedback, no response for a week.
    Raised complaint, 8-week response time.
    Funds cannot be accessed, stress and waste of time.
    No one got in touch or raise any questions.
