The actual UI for creating a resume off…
The actual UI for creating a resume off of their templates was very easy and helpful even if you don't really know what you are trying to do. I will say the most difficult part is that its easy to add tons of stuff and you have to parse down all of the good suggestions into just the best. I had issues actually purchasing their trial so I called the company and the woman that answered was extremely helpful and happy. The issue was resolved quickly and I got my resumes.

2nd times a charm
I was unable to purchase resume so I called customer support. The first rep advised me to contact my bank which I did. After speaking to my banks 2nd level support, they weren't unable to see any denied charges or international holds. George tried having me create a new account, but the issue persist. He spoke to his tech support and they were unable to resolve the issue. Finally he was able to get me the resume complementary for my trouble. I will always recommend your service 5 star customer support!

Great customer care
I had cancelled my subscription but decided I wanted to reinstate my account to revise my resume. The customer service specialist, Xinia (ID#860) was amazing! She helped me to reopen my old account within minutes. She has great customer service skills and is an asset to Hloom.
