Very happy with the staff in the Crawley branch. They're very helpful and I get everything I pretty much want in there when I order it and they phone me and let me know it's all there. So yes I will continue using them.

Duff earbuds
Was given the wrong parcel when I went to collect. Took it back the next day- confusion as other customer had similar name. Unfortunately they had come in after me so I hope they contacted them to let them know it was in. Product I was collecting were a pair of ROAR earbuds which were a replacement but unfortunately they are no better. Do not connect with my phone and do not keep their charge. Looked up their website; not helpful and reviews on Reddit were almost universally negative with similar complaints. Will be returning second pair for a refund, I would advise you stop stocking these products- not your fault just a poor quality product that isn't even cheap.
