I ordered a dvd from hmv they told me it whould take a couple of days it showed up a couple of days later I picked it up I asked the man behind the counter if thay had another dvd he found it seconds I had been looking in the wrong place very helpful and polite a good experience thank you

The customer service in store was exellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Had a discussion on pop vinyl figures which I felt was nice and good customer service
The customer service in store was great. Very helpful and polite.
The item condition however was not as good. Boxes delivered in store was beaten (I was concerned this may happen on home delivery), and several of the pop vinyl boxes had obviously been damaged during transit causing worn edges to the box.
Disappointed as it arrived damaged. Only ordered as I was concerned they may sell out in store
