I asked for help to find Raye’s new CD…
I asked for help to find Raye’s new CD as it was out of stock. Holly found a cd but unfortunately it was the old one, not the latest one. She did think there was a copy in stock and I guess assumed it was what she found.
I got it home before checking and my husband opened it before I could see the mistake.
Is it possible to return it?

Best music store ever!
HMV is truly a wonderful and generally positive store. the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly too. The store has a great selection of physical media, and a positive in-store experience, cheers!

The assistant in the Basingstoke store…
The assistant was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. You didn't have the product in the store, but he ordered it for me for home delivery. It arrived within a couple of days

Great deal on COD
HMV had COD on a really good deal, took the empty PS5 case to the till and the server said that they don't actually keep the discs in store and that you have to order them. They said that you could get ot delivered for free. So I opted for that and it was delivered to my home 2 days later. Really quick service and the worker was really helpful.

The order has not been fulfilled
The order has not been fulfilled, didn't realise till Christmas eve when I opened the box, no way to complain, difficult to find out who to contact. That'll be after Christmas now.Not impressed, and certainly won't be using this service again, if it's not in the shop then I'll try somewhere else.

Excellent staff Member
I went into the store wanting a specific item. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She had a look but they didn’t have it. However she checked online and ordered it to be delivered to the store. Was in with 3 days.

Good service from online click and collect
Item arrived at the HMV store in good condition. Staff at the store friendly and helpful.
I like having the option to order, in particular classical music online and have free delivery to a store. It gives me the ability to order less popular items that you wouldn't normally hold in store.

Buying 'deaf'.
There is a large selection of turntables on your website, but when it comes to going to a local store there are very demonstration models to listen too. In effect I was buying 'deaf' as I could not assess performance and most importantly sound quality.
