George was amazing!
I went into the shop with little to no information on an old record player i was trying to set up with low hopes of anyone being able to assist me. That was until George came to the rescue with all the information i could've asked for, he was friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure i got everything i needed. Best Service and Super Friendly
Always such chatty friendly customer focused staff. My daughter in particular loves the Basingstoke store - the service is always fabulous! Stock is great and really helpful with advice and info.

Good selection + Friendly Staff
The great selection of movies and media, I very rarely cannot find a thing I am looking for and there's almost always still something there I like and can grab. As well as that, the genuibky friendly Staff who always make me feel welcome whenever I visit and seem to enjoy being there which makes the store feel so much nicer to visit.

Good Service
The staff were very helpful and indeed were polite. I think they enjoyed searching for CDS they did not have in the store. It was fun.
