Good experience on the high street
Long time since I last visited a high street record store, but HMV prices are now very competitive. Very pleasant experience, friendly staff, will visit them more often in future

Very helpful sales assistant who was polite and efficient
Very helpful sales assistant who was able to locate the dvd/cd that I wanted. She checked with me to make sure it was the right one.
She placed the order and told me it was free delivery.
The package arrived very quickly.

After my mother passed away 2009
After my mother passed away 2009 , I moved back into my father,s house he survived for a further ten years once he passed away I had to my siblings in Newcastle, Wales and Scotland where kind enough to let me keep some things at our father house, kept three boxes of my favourite DVD's but took five other boxes too various charities and every bow and then try to get back some of the DVD'S that I liked,

All-round good service
Very helpful and kindly staff and all sorted out very well - I was buying a CD which was not actually 'out' for another week, so delivery arranged and for a very reasonable £2; it arrived on the official publication date. Packaging good. Thank you. This was on 5th April at Basingstoke store.
