Obtaining a DVD set.
They obtained a DVD set for me from their central store. The staff were very helpful and I was kept informed of the progress. A very efficient and friendly service.

My click and collect order arrived at my local (Bexleyheath) store within a few days, which was excellent. The member of staff that I dealt with was very friendly and very helpful. Altogether an extremely pleasant experience. Cannot fault.

Staff in the shop were excellent, my son was gutted that the stranger things D&D was sold out but the guy serving us looked it straight up, offered home delivery or shop collection and reassured him it was coming
