Great staff
Staff were helpful and efficient. I wanted a specific DVD the third in a series and they quickly understood that I didn't want to duplicate the first two. I was shown the screen of the computer to check the correct one was ordered.

why are all the items alwayyyys defected or/and damaged??? i purchased an album in store and one online. Same exact album and both are damaged one worse than other…be more careful w ur stock hmv

Excellent assistance from staff when searching for vinyl, which I could not find. Staff searched as well, but couldn't find. Ordered online in store and delivered to my home very quickly. Well packed and very pleased.

The HMV sales assistants were friendly and helpful. My 2 cd albums which were ordered in-store, were sent by post on time, like the sales assistant who served me said they would. I also was able to swap a cd album which I bought by mistake, with another 1 that I should have purchased. Thank you very much HMV personnel:-)

Great, friendly service all round
A member of staff kindly offered to get me a basket when they saw I was holding a load of DVDs in my hands, which I should have taken them up on. The girl behind the counter chatted with me about the amount of items I was buying, on account of getting my hundred pound fairer sharer bonus from Nationwide.

Meet and Greet Louise
Came to HMV In The Bull Ring/Grand Central Birmingham for a meet and greet along with my husband/carer Paul and to collect my new vinyl by Louise and she signed it, it was a wonderful time and she was very chatty, once we had returned home the vinyl was cleaned and listened to, it sounded amazing

As I would expect...no issues.
Attended an artist album release signing at Birmingham Bullring. It was super easy to collect my pre-order and queue up for the signing. Made another purchase after and the young female colleague on the till was very friendly. I did opt to buy a HMV tote bag as no other bags were available, which was another added expense. Another colleague I interacted with (bald man, in his late 30's/early 40's) was also very helpful.
