Attended the Jack Savoretti event…
Attended the Jack Savoretti event yesterday and although I really enjoyed his performance, I thought the organisation for the signing was poor. Lots of people from right at the back pushed in front and I was one of the ones towards the end. We were rushed through and if it had been better organised at the start of the signing, nobody would have felt compromised because of the time factor.

Always good service from HMV Vault Birmingham and using click and collect makes it easy to pick up bulky items that wouldn't fit into my letterbox!

Absolute perfection
All the staff present were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
I had pre-ordered a vinyl for an instore signing which was very easy to do and the performance/signing itself was very efficiently run by all involved.
Definitely worth the travel to the store and if I could give more than five stars I would.

Excellent Customer Service
I went to the Leigh-Anne record signing event. It was very well managed and the staff were great in helping those with mobility issues and disabilities. Staff are always kind and helpful everytime I visit.
