Unable to review
Order was acknowledged, money taken, confirmation order was out for delivery. Then advised order was cancelled, due to fact DVD order didn't work, unable to advise when it would be available again.
On the plus side money was refunded very quickly.

Heard the news of Steve Harley's passing so immediately renewed two early Cockney Rebel albums....both arrived extremely fast and in pristine condition..thanks HMV... I can listen and remember the first time I saw them perform way back in the 70s - the original line up...

I’m one of the biggest Star Wars fan
I bought the last leis organa/skywalker lightsaber and they were very kind and let me test the hilt out so it’s comfortable for me to hold and now I take it everywhere my dad bought it for me

Lack of understanding and no return/replacement for defects
I bought three gifts/collectibles of kirby for my siblings. When opened after, one of them had a defect in its mouth. I went back and showed them and they said I can't return or replace it for another. I was given no warning of this beforehand, and the receipt was still fresh in my hand. Apparently it is classified as a "mystery gift" when the gift itself is clear on the box? Overall, this was handled poorly with unreasonable explanation. At least my sibling is okay with this gift no matter its defect.
