Helpful staff
Went in store to buy a t shirt, the last one in my size was faulty. The cashier was super helpful and said she could order online to be delivered to my home free of charge. It arrived a few days later.

Royal Mail didn’t deliver on the day…
Royal Mail didn’t deliver on the day they said they would, I took a day off work for nothing, and when it was delivered the following day it was left outside in the rain so the packaging was soaked. The shrink wrap saved the album fortunately but it’s not good enough.

Well the tills in Bluewater kept going down and it was incredibly hot in the store weirdly so but the staff remain friendly and helpful even when I told a bad really naff joke, at Christmas time! So well done the guys there. 10/10👍
