Service in store fab
Initially a bit slow in delivery but you chased it ASAP and it got to me.
Service in store (Bluewater) however was fab. The young man who looked after me couldn’t help enough and got my order done quickly.

HMV manager helps clueless middle-aged woman!
The manager ( can’t remember his name) was so helpful seeing an older woman with a list and as bewildered expression! He ordered dvds for me that they did not have in store and found obscure ones that they did! The whole experience was great and very stress-free.

Incredible staff member
Went into store looking for a particular vinyl and couldn’t find it so I decided to ask a member of staff I believe whose name was Tillie (bluewater) and she was absolutely incredible. Not only did she look again on the shop floor for me, she checked out back and then found it on the database and ordered it for delivery to my home address. I have been looking everywhere for this vinyl and have really struggled. Honestly cannot thank her enough, she was so lovely and polite, and really went the extra mile!

I ordered a set of dvds costing £99
I ordered a set of dvds costing £99 . I was in bluewater 2 days before collection and it was available on the shelf. Staff would not let me have that one then replace it when my order came in
Only wanting me to pay another £99 which i didn't have. There was no actual delivery date . It came in the next day and had to make another journey on a busy Saturday
So not happy with service
