Very good service

Shocking customer service from the Bluewater store. I was in Bluewater shortly before my "click and collect" confirmation, but called into the HMV store to see if it had arrived. It hadn't, but they did have what I wanted in store. I spoke to the staff and manager, asking if I could exchange my online order for the same item they physically had in store, but what flatly refused. I had full proof of the purchase, but they just could not work out a simple " good customer service" process. Love HMV, but not HMV Bluewater!

I ordered, & paid for, a couple of video products from a HMV store, was given a receipt secured to a large HMV leaflet, so hard to lose, and a day or so later, was sent an e-mail to tell me the items had arrived. I had 14 days, from the arrival of my products to collect them, which is ample time. I had the offer of the order being delivered to my address if I wished. I collected my well packaged parcel, that was kept safe and found easily at the store. I had my receipt and payment card so the requested photo ID on the leaflet wasn't essential. I'm supporting the Keep Essential Services Off Line from Age UK and HMV have off line alternatives. Although an active e-mail address was requested it's possible a phone number would suffice(?)

Pre-order service offered by HMV was helpful and most importantly delivered on time. We received the CD, which is a Christmas gift, on the release date. Excellent service!

Great service

The product was out of stock when ordered. However I was kept up to date on the progress and once back in stock was dispatched and I received it shortly after.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for, so a member of staff assisted me and we discovered what I wanted was only available online (why?). So she helped me order it there and then.

Side note, you sell too much food and drink, it’s HMV not a sweet shop. Either add more media items, or more collectibles.

huge shout out to Zak who helped us find what we needed in bluewater store. He was brilliant. so helpful and asking questions to my young daughter about the group she was interested in . He then ordered evrything that we couldnt find instore . most of the time if an item isnt in front of them shop staff just say oh no we dont have it but he went and looked everything up ,looked under counters etc etc. 10/10

I ordered click/collect and was kept up to date with where order was. Young lady I store very courteous & patient (I'm deaf).
