Brilliant staff and service
Couldn’t find what I was looking for, was helped to find it, then what you didn’t have, one of your ladies found, ordered and sent to me within a couple of days, with free delivery. Outstanding service from all your staff at bluewater.

Store/delivery
I visited the store in Bluewater to buy a Nintendo Switch game. They did not have it but ordered it for me to be delivered to my home within 2-5 days. The game duly arrived on time and the staff at the store were really friendly and helpful

The young lad in the shop found me walking away from the shop as he continued searching stock after I left. I actually could not believe the first class service. He was informative, confident and delivered the very best of customer service to someone who knows their stuff. It came as explained in a box and the record inside was sealed and pristine. One of the very best experiences of service I have ever had. Bravo.

Very dissapointed
Box was in terrible condition and was ripped in seversl places throughout entire package. All held together by selotape yet outside packaging was perfect. This means somebody thought it acceptable to send a collectors piece in such terrible condition by selotaping together. Very dissapointed in the service.
