I pre-ordered an album for an album singing of one of my favourite artists in Cardiff.
And i had major issues with the delivery process... my delivery never ended up turning up to the store, and online it stated you couldn't enter the signing without the proof of album you had to collect on the morning.
But the manager was extremely kind and helpful towards me, he saw that i bought the album and my proof of purchase. And how the album never came to the store. Yet he went out of his way, and he still let me in, and he let me have one of the albums off the shelf on the shop floor.

i’ve used hmv online store a few times over the years and they’ve always delivered on time. obviously during the christmas period it gets overwhelmingly busy and my package was a bit delayed but it still arrived before Christmas. they e-mailed me letting me know what was happening and everything was alright in the end. thank you
