The guy in the Cheltenham UK store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. It was a quick and easily completed request and transaction and we were very pleased with the service and outcome. We'll go there again. Face to face is always better when buying stuff!

A Funko Pop figure bought in store was damaged and needed returning. Colleague in store was very helpful, reordered another online for me and we collected afew days later.

What's up with your preorders?
I preordered I think 4 arcane funkos at the start of the march, months later and no updates. Yet somehow on your website they keep going in and out of stock yet they are still listed as pre-order and none have arrived? This is a ridiculous amount of time and money I have wasted on this when I could have got them elsewhere by now. This isn't even the first time this has happened but even then they didn't take this long...

Awesome service throughout. From online purchasing (although website did crash a couple of times, but overall I was able to buy a limited edition vinyl so very happy) to notifications to collecting in store. HMV is my staple and always will be for music purchases.
