Very fast and efficient service…
Very fast and efficient service received by the team member at the Chester store who took my order as the cds I wanted had just gone out of stock . I was prepared to come back at another day but he politely suggested he order it for me and it would be delivered to my home .

HMV never disappoint.
Both instore and having an instore order delivered, service is excellent. Staff really know their stock, where to find it and order it if it isn't in at the time. Really helpful in every way.
HMV have always been a superior store and I was really pleased to find new and vintage vinyl available.
Both Leicester and Chester stores, equally brilliant.

Grandson will be thrilled
I placed my order after a lot of help from Mark? In the Chester HMV. He took the time to ring me back with my questions being answered. I would have placed my order with him but this wasn’t possible.
So with his reassurances I placed my order on line.
Everything went very well, with HMV keeping me updated. All LPs were delivered safely and in time. Can’t wait to see my grandson’s face when he opens them at Christmas!

Bad company cd
Picked up our bad company.cd,s from the chester store but ordered them in the shrewsbury store.A good experience all round but we did ask them to be delivered to our address but the girl completey forgot to ask us for our address so I didn't push it,still good and ok.👍

Very helpful Assistant who immediately ordered my purchase on line as the shop had sold out.

Excellent Communication & First Class Service
