Prompt Service and very helpful staff
Service is prompt, the employees i don't think they get credit they deserve, when ordering a DVD Movie post is very good and the staff, not everyone can smile every day, many actually do and are very eager to help, i use Coventry HMV, if they don't have it in they will try their utmost to obtain the DVD Movie

The sales assistant could not of been any more helpful then what he was he found exactly what we were looking for and took it too the till. The record player is beautiful. And he mentioned about having it delivered free of charge bargain. Very happy customer.
