The original and best
Whether it's DVD, Music. Memorabilia pr books hmv has everything you could possibly want. The staff are super helpful too. I can't recommend them enough.

Always a great one with HMV when click & collecting 💯
I have always been looked after by the staff who are very friendly & helpful 🙏🏽🙏🏽💯 & that's is why lam very happy to continue doing business with this company!.
I would also like to point out how brilliant they are keeping you updated via email about your item & letting you know when it's in store & ready to collect, also if you are unable to make it for collection on the day they do hold your items for l think one week or two? Not quite sure which of those it is but its definitely 1 of these policies 💯

Went into HMV on Tuesday after seeing what I thought was my record was ready for collection, I am parchly sighted and I wasn't treated in the normal way that I would come to expect from a store that I have used ever since I was much younger I feel that I am a good customer as you can see through my account,
Also the day off collecting my album i was made to wait whilst she was serving everyone else and when I was the only person there I had to walk to the till she was on even though I was at the correct collection point I feeling like I should be taking my custom elsewhere

The assistant was very helpful as was the rest of the Staff when I went to collect it . I have always found the staff friendly & helpful especially to elderly & disabled people.

Staff are always friendly and polite, always go the extra mile.I often get stuff for my partner and as someone whose music knowledge ended with Slade they never make me feel like a patronised chump. As such we spend money there rather than on line. I was served by Taylor, thank you Taylor.

Positive and negative
I thought the charge for the cloak room was too expensive and the music was too loud in the bar that you had to keep repeating your order to the bar staff because they couldn’t hear. But the staff were lovely and friendly and the band was amazing
