It was great! I bought a KPOP album at it was in perfect condition,they send me an email only 3 or 4 days after I placed the order and I went to pick it up. It was easy and they are always helpful when I can't find what I need. 💜

Great customer service
Was in the shop and couldn't find what I was looking for that I'd seen on the website, only to realise when I checked again the item was for preorder.
Asked at the till and was met with a very helpful and happy staff member Grace, who proceeded to order it for me and ring through my other item.
Had a notification when it was dispatched and was delivered 2 days later.

Great Service
Friendly, helpful staff searched for several discs as I'm renewing old ones. Love the band t-shirts, so many to choose from. So glad we've still got HMV locally. Big fan.
