I wanted a box set of DVDs,I asked the lady behind the desk, she found it on the computer as it wasn't in she ordered it,told me when it would be in. I got emails to say it was on its way and when it arrived. It all worked perfectly and the lady at the desk in HMV Darlington was lovely and very efficient.

The website is easy to use and there was good communication throughout the process. Regular progress updates via e-mail and item ready for collection within a few days. No problems when collecting from the store and the item was well packaged. This isn't the first time I've ordered from HMV online and it is very likely I will do so again.
