Excellent service, helpful staff
Even though I'd stupidly left my phone at home, when I went into the Darlington store to collect my order it was located very easily despite me not having my order number to hand. I even ended up buying more than I intended 😂

Very friendly
Very friendly, polite and helpful assistants. My purchase wasn't available within the Store and had to be ordered. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Ordered the Beatles DVD 'A Hard Days…
Ordered the Beatles DVD 'A Hard Days Night' from the counter instore. The member of staff was really helpful and we chatted about favourite Beatles albums. The product was delivered in good time with great communication on it's pending arrival. Upon delivery, it was well packaged and in good order, no issues overall. I've never ordered anything from HMV before, but now I wouldn't rule it out for future purchases, especially the hard to come by stuff...I think it's time we all returned to our local HMV for music and more? (And I'm not on commission for saying that either.)
