By charging over £16 for a call to your customer service department- using the number on hmv website.
Also the “pre delivery “ ordered 5 weeks in advance did not arrive on the day however other customers were able to walk in and purchase from shelf (unfortunately for me the last one sold an hour before I arrived)

Fopp is cute
Fopp store in Glasgow is cheaper than the “regular” HMV, and the staff are equally friendly. The same problem I have with other HMV stores is the pricing. I know HMV will say it’s due to distributor charges, cost, and set prices - but maybe they need to change distributors and ask the indie shops where they get theirs.

I couldn't find what I was looking for in the store or any other shops but as i was about to leave your store I was asked if I was OK but informing the assistant the store did not have the item that I was looking for he took me to pay counter and the item was ordered for and received my purchase in less than seven days fantastic response from your company.
