Of course there's no guarantee that the album will arrive in store, but nearly a week later than expected is a joke.
I bought the album in store on the release date in store.
I'm only giving 1* because I got my refund so quickly.

Please be advised that although we do dispatch our pre-orders with the aim of a release date delivery, we are regrettably unable to guarantee this. It is, however, unusual that an order is not received by the release date and for this, we offer our apologies.

Having to go instore to use vouchers had me excited to go looking for music the old fashioned way. Unfortunately, due to very limited vinyl stock under "Metal" I had to order at the till. The assistant was very helpful and able to get my choices delivered. A shame I had to travel so far to leave empty handed but very happy to have my purchases sent free of charge.

Item in perfect condition. HMV have the items available where other sites don’t. If you can’t find on Amazon, HMV very likely will have it.

Visited the HMV shop in the metro…
Visited the HMV shop in the metro centre, I was after a few vinyls on your buy three for a fixed price, they had only two that I wanted but the lady behind the counter said I could get the third one if I ordered them off your site on the internet.
I said yes and she went on the site and did for me which was good of her and the vinyl records were posted to me very quickly.
I would definitely shop again at this store they were very helpful indeed.
