We purchased the album at your store in Metro Centre Gateshead. Excellent service by a man who went out of his way to help order the album for me.
The album arrived well wrapped and on time. Thank you, because this sort of service will make sure I return to this store instead of ordering from any of your competitors

Of course there's no guarantee that the album will arrive in store, but nearly a week later than expected is a joke.
I bought the album in store on the release date in store.
I'm only giving 1* because I got my refund so quickly.

Please be advised that although we do dispatch our pre-orders with the aim of a release date delivery, we are regrettably unable to guarantee this. It is, however, unusual that an order is not received by the release date and for this, we offer our apologies.

Having to go instore to use vouchers had me excited to go looking for music the old fashioned way. Unfortunately, due to very limited vinyl stock under "Metal" I had to order at the till. The assistant was very helpful and able to get my choices delivered. A shame I had to travel so far to leave empty handed but very happy to have my purchases sent free of charge.
