Great service from your sales advisor Scott today at the metrocentre store! He was very friendly and chatted to my daughter about Pokémon which she’s recently took an interest in! We will be back!

Why is this place still open
Why is this place still open? I can’t wait until this place closes down. You would think with the surge of internet retail HMV would be trying to ensure a wonderful in person customer experience.. it’s not even trying, in fact I think they are deliberately trying to get closed down, I assume McDonald’s pays better? The worst customer service I have ever encountered, ordered a few LPs for Xmas presents over a week ago and still not delivered. Thanks HMV, you won’t get away with the horrendous customer service in your new McDonalds role, and I bet not one of you manage to get a promotion.. yous will be on fries forever!
