Ordering an item from HMV website was simple and straightforward. It was so much easier to collect from store when receiving an e mail to do so. No more waiting at home all day for the mail or parcel carrier, just pop in to the store of your choice for an item that you know will be there.

HMV continue to be one of the last high street retailers for physical media. I regularly go to pick up something every month now because they have what I'm looking for and at a competitive price. The staff are always polite and the store clean and methodical. The few things I've bought online turn up quicker than expected and in perfect condition. They deserve more love.
