First class
Have used HMV online for years now and visit the Metro Centre store fairly regularly. Excellent range of items and first class service when ordering online. Probably spent a good few thousand pounds on some great pre order items haha.

Best Entertainment Shop around
Been shopping at hmv for decades and never fails to have impress, got the furiosa exclusive steelbook and it's incredible! Ordered in-store for home delivery as I had a gift card and the staff were excellent. Very quick delivery too.

Pleasant and helpful staff
Pleasant and helpful staff, store tidy and organised just wished more vinyl were available instead of having to order online for delivery to the store or home.

They were customers
They were customers. Service was very helpful, very polite. With my father who was looking for certain films he would like to watch they were.
Talking for at least 20 minutes about different films.
Would highly recommend the stuff in the store.

The delivery was terrible
The delivery was terrible. Was told two days and it didn’t arrive until eight days after purchase. Not sure if it was hmv or the Royal Mail but was very dissatisfied with the lengthy delivery time

I walked into my local HMV just to look…
I walked into my local HMV just to look and what caught my eye were 2 Hank Williams CDs that I did not have saw a member of staff and she looked up the info about a third album that was not in stock and within 3 days a message caame through that it was ready for collection (that was quick)pleased to bits. I have not given them a spin up to nowbut will enjoy them when I get around tho them.

I ordered this item (cd wallet) on click and collect but it was not available for collection soon enough - not on the same day or the day after. Therefore no longer needed as it was intended as travel storage for the 16th May. Notification email attached after flight departure.
If not in stock then site should state that.
