I got my madonna cd on time & in great condition but there was a lot of cardboard for just one cd I haven't listened to it yet but I will soon I am a big fan of madonna

Lochlan was a life saver!
I had an amazing experience at HMV Braehead thanks to a staff member called Lochlan. I was desperately trying to find a Jeff Buckley vinyl as a last-minute gift for my partner, but the team let me know it wouldn’t be back in stock for a few days due to its popularity. Since I was heading back to London the next day, I thought I’d missed my chance.
But then Lochlan went above and beyond, he actually had the vinyl reserved for himself and so kindly offered it to me instead. Such genuine kindness and absolutely fantastic customer service. He was an absolute lifesaver, and I really hope he gets his copy as soon as it comes back in stock because he truly deserves it!

Visit to HMV at Braehead
The shop assistant was very helpful ,assisting with the collection of two items on the shop floor that I could not find. She also explained the posting service of the third item that was not available in the shop that day and set it up with the relevant information. She was very pleasant , knowledgeable and friendly during the whole process.
