I got my madonna cd on time & in great condition but there was a lot of cardboard for just one cd I haven't listened to it yet but I will soon I am a big fan of madonna

Great store and service
Went in for a browse. Great store. Enjoyed looking through the vinyls and posters. A vinyl that I wanted wasn't available in store but I was able to order it in the store. Delivery was fast and free.

Excellent customer service
I ordered several albums online, click and collect. On the day they were due in I went to the store on the off chance that my order had arrived (I hadn’t received an email yet). My order wasn’t in yet, however the assistant offered to check their stock and then said that since all of the items were in stock she would go and grab them then when my order arrived they would put them back on the shelf. The customer service was fantastic. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it was very much appreciated and it was refreshing to experience staff going above and beyond for a change. 10/10 HMV

Great customer service
The dvd was not in store, however the hmv employee searched online, showed me the screen to confirm and arranged for it to be delivered to my home address. The dvd also arrived in 3 or 4 days which was better than exoected
