It was easy to find what I was looking…
It was easy to find what I was looking for and they all came in good time but even though I order 3 CDS at the same time for some reason they cane separately instead of all together that is the only think that was a bit annoying other then that it was great

Store not website
I gave up trying to order an album of HMV website so I went in to my local store in Hanley,the staff there were really helpful and sorted everything out for me.
I will be buying my vinyl from there in future.

I was very pleased with the cd I ordered, it wasn't readily available generally, so I was pleased when I found out they had it to order. The staff are also very friendly in hanley hmv.

Served at the shop counter without having to wait; well-mannered member of staff.
