I am still waiting for a DVD I ordered and paid for on Sunday 3rd March.
I have received all the relevant emails re dispatch etc and have called in to my local branch of HMV 3 times.
So where is it?????????????

Excellent customer service
Went to buy a cd they was out of stock. The guy behind the till said no problem we can order it for you and can either send it to you or you can pick up in store. See less process and received the item within 2 days
