Was really good they ordered into store the cd I wanted and were really helpful it arrived very quickly and it was easy to collect from the store when it came in

The gentleman at the checkout was very polite and helpful.

First time use of Click and Collect
First time use of Click and Collect. Wouldn't use again as too slow. Site showed many copies of my Blu Ray in store but had to wait for copy to be sent to store. Was hoping to collect the next day as I was in Ipswich then and expected this when I was informed of the availability tab that store. Still love HMV though.

Has a wide choice of music to choose from. very informative website. Has a good guide on which music you prefer. Good quick payment options and delivery options. emails when and items are being dispatched then delivered. The store has good friendly helpful staff. A packed store full of much needed item's for all ages. Rarely have to wait to be served. long live this store

Dvd Bob Marley One Love

The staff in the Ipswich branch of HMV were so friendly and helpful. I liked the efficiency and the way my receipt was put in a special folder. The speed with which my item was ordered and the knowledge of the staff. A very pleasant experience, thank you 😁

Not the cheapest but possibly the best
There are cheaper options available but the delivery is so reliable it's worth a little extra.

it lacks music and mostly items are online purchases
I find as a music store it lacks music especially if exclusives come out and they can only be purchased online. I like to be able to go in store and buy it that way.
