Brilliant service
Brilliant service, staff in kings Lynn store are friendly and helpful. Record player I brought for my son for Christmas stopped working and HMV staff ordered another replacement to be delivered to our house as they didn’t have one in store, came within 3 days. Thank you HMV

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. Wonderful chap and very knowledgeable or willing to search on internet for information. Highly recommend. We went into buy parts for our old system (over 50 years) . Bought a new record deck and speakers and his recommendation was spot on. Sound excellent.

HMV is a great store.
I ordered a film and I didn't have to wait long before it arrived in-store. I enjoy going to HMV as it has a good variety and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's good to keep these stores going.

Ordered dvd for collection
Staff in the store were very helpful and ordered my DVD for me. I received an email confirming my order and staff explained I would receive another when it had been shipped and I would get another when it was ready to collect from the store.
