HMV King's Lynn offers decent service
HMV King's Lynn offers decent service, but experiences can vary. Staff are helpful, deliveries arrive on time occasionally, though delays happen. Products are usually well-packaged, but communication regarding stock could improve. While some staff go above and beyond, others experience frustrating collection issues. Overall, it's a fine store with room for improvement.

I ordered 5 vinyl LP's as a last minute…
I ordered 5 vinyl LP's as a last minute Christmas present and was super impressed at the speed of delivery but also the communication received as some came quicker than others but all arrived by Christmas as promised. I choose HMV for the range of Vinyl's available to choose from and also that it is a trusted brand. I have also visited their store in Kings Lynn and found the team on the day I visited helpful and friendly.
