I ordered 5 vinyl LP's as a last minute Christmas present and was super impressed at the speed of delivery but also the communication received as some came quicker than others but all arrived by Christmas as promised. I choose HMV for the range of Vinyl's available to choose from and also that it is a trusted brand. I have also visited their store in Kings Lynn and found the team on the day I visited helpful and friendly.

The staff member (Emma) was really helpful, going above and beyond to find the album. I've been after it since release but unfortunately couldn't justify buying it (toddlers are expensive), I saw it in the king's Lynn store the previous month and unfortunately it had been sold when I went in. Emma arranged everything for me and Informed me there was home delivery available and had even been reduced! Will definitely be back in to store!
