Now I don’t normally send in reviews BUT, and I hope someone reads this, the guys and gals at Leeds HMV were absolutely brilliant, you’ve (HMV management) have got a fantastic crew in that shop, from entering the shop to collecting the item the crew were really polite and helpful, all I can add 5 star treatment, honestly. I really helpful member of staff looked…
I really helpful member of staff looked for a cd that i wasnt even sure existed. He found a soundtrack that i was happy with & ordered if for me. I collected it yesterday. I always find that HMV staff are helpful.

I always get fantastic customer service from HMV in both Bradford and Leeds stores. If an item isn't available in store, I then order it and receive the item within 7 working days. A++++ and 5***** from me ✅

Quick and easy pre-order option. Steel book delivered on good time and very well packaged. I picked it up from the store and met the loveliest people in the Leeds store. I always prefer buying from hmv.

Great product and price - very poor sysyems and service.
I'm sorry but when it comes to provision of a service you are no where near Amazon. Using the Post Office to deiver goods is a probably bad choice it seems.
I had no idea when my order was going to arrive, initially even at all!
