The Ball & Boe record signing
The Ball & Boe signing was well organised, the staff were friendly, they kept the queue moving without rushing everyone. They offered to take photos for everyone, again without rushing.

Excellent service
Received my order within a couple of days. Good value for money. Customer Services Good aswell when I queried why my pre order hadn't been charged for. They got back to me by e mail within an hour to explain it is charged for when dispatched . Excellent service!

I always buy more than I planned!…
I wanted to replace my favourite Beatles CD which I had lost.Lewis in Leeds was extremely helpful ordering the new one for me.He also collected the 2 dvd's I wanted from the shop displays for me.
It is always a pleasure to shop in Leeds hmv,and I know I will be tempted to buy more cd's and videos than I intended.
