Took a long while to arrive…
Took a long while to arrive as click & collect ordet although it was Christmas so they were obviously busier but you'd expect a quicker internal delivery system for such a nationwide company. Still great products and brilliant staff in the Leicester store just slightly surprised at the timescale.

Unfortunately I ordered two DVD's, arrival dates differed by over a week? As one was a present (naturally the late one) it was missed collection by recipient.

I found the online store easy to use and navigate through to find the product I wanted to purchase. I opted for the Click & Collect option and my order was delivered to the store on the day of release. The order was packaged well and had no damage.

All generally ok, bit with an issue.
All generally ok and although I did receive an e-mail to say that the item was in transit to the store I did not get a follow on note, as promised, to say it had actually arrived.However, when I visited the store later it was in fact there.

Tried to get Dragon Ball Z Complete Series but it was out of stock so they ordered it in for me and within barely a couple days it was ready to collect, very nice service, very nice people!

HMV always has a great selection
HMV always has a great selection of physical media that I still love collecting and I’ve been visiting since my teens!
The service is always helpful and they always make the best effort to find or order what I’m looking for.
The click and collect service is welcome too as that expands the offering and makes for more worthwhile purchases.
