Faulty item
I bought a 3cd album and it only had 2cds in. I went back to the shop and they didn't have a replacement on the shelf. So I (paying customer) had to pay extra on top of the album for it to be delivered to my address which I shouldn't of had to pay because it was not my fault that you ( the shop ) are selling faulty items!!

Finding an old movie
I wanted to purchase a particular old dvd that wasn't in store. The assistant was extremely helpful, found and ordered the item in. 3 days later I received notification that it was ready to collect. Great service and so much cheaper than the usual massive online retailers.
