Immaculate & perfect gift for my son

Ballerina (2025) 4K steelbook HMV
I wanted the Ballerina (2025) 4K steelbook HMV
exclusive design. I went in to my local branch on a Friday, they didn't have it in stock but the very helpful staff ordered it for me and it was delivered to my home on the Monday. Well packed and in excellent condition.
I try to support HMV where possible as they are the "last man standing" in the UK high street for physical media.

I ordered my DVD knowing that it would…
I ordered my DVD knowing that it would not be released for 3 weeks. I was informed that the item had been released and I would be receiving it shortly. At that time the money was taken out of my bank. The item was received the exact date I was told. Very impressed the way I was kept informed and would have no hesitation in recommending HMV

It’s the one shop I spend mist money…kpop item
It’s the one shop I spend so much money on in Maidstone . I really love the shop since in UK theres not many K-pop shop. At Maidstone this is the only shop where I get the kpop item. I at lest spend £100 or not in that shop. But I really wish the shop could add more items in the kpop section, for example adding TXT yeonjun ggum mixtape or even Riize album. Plus I’m trying to find the ggum mixtape set but theres so many shop thats sold out. So it will be nice to have it in a music shop like HMV. The staff and delivery is meeting my expectation! Keep up the good work!
