Cavetown meet and album signing
We visited your store in Manchester arndale for a meet up with the artist Cavetown. It was well organized and a good event, My daughter has autism and was a bit worried about what to expect, but she soon felt calm and enjoyed the whole experience, well done to your team.

My item was out of stock when I ordered however they kept me updated regularly and as soon as it came in it was despatched immediately and still arrived by Christmas will defo be ordering again

Quick and efficient service. When I realised I'd already got the box set i'd ordered, I contacted HMV online to enquire about in store exchange. I received a prompt, detailed reply. Can't wait to go in-store and pick up some different dvds..Good to see the stores back! 👍

Great in-store service
Great in-store service. The vinyl was sold out in the store, so the sales assistant, after checking the store, looked online for me and ordered it to be delivered to the store the following week. The pickup was so easy, too. Great service.
