Helpful service in Mansfield Store
When I went in your Mansfield store, I was looking for The Girl with the Dragon tattoo Trilogy DVD set. Looked for a while because I could'nt find the right section. I asked a member of staff, who was very helpful and he said it would be under the Millenium series. After looking for a While it was not in stock. He said he could order it for me and have it delivered to my house, which I did. I recieved the DVD a few days later.

I pre ordered the new CD by Linkin Park, it was a click and collect at the store in Mansfield. I was greeted with a smile and my order was collected in minutes. A very polite member of staff sorted it all out for me. 5 star service all round.

I visit my local hmv store nearly everyday as i don't want to miss any flash sales they might have been going to the shop since 1998..on first name terms with all the staff and always have a chinwag with them and I'm always treated with respect..

A well laid out shop was easy to get round the staff were very knowledgeable in the goods that they sold asked one assistant about something they did not have it in stock he ordered it he was so helpful his name was Ben a vey helpful assistant
