Ben at the Mansfield Branch was really kind and helped me out with my purchases. As i had to order one CD as it wasn't in stock, then buy the other two that was and discount the one that was on sale. Nothing was too much trouble.

Browsing in store…
I always enjoy browsing in store for CDs and DVDs. I particularly like to check out the new releases at the weekend.
I also find that the staff are always helpful regarding items that I may not be able to locate.
Generally, HMV has a good range of music to cater for most tastes, though I sometimes have to look elsewhere for more difficult to find items, or rare items.
I was very happy with the three new releases I purchased today at an affordable price.
