Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! If you order to your home address, we always aim for a release day delivery, but if you're picking Click & Collect, this will instead be dispatched to a store, and marked as ready for collection on the day, to keep you updated. We also have a Ring & Reserve service, where you can put through a reservation for stock that is physically in one of our stores and collect it that day, if you would prefer!

This is why I always choose HMV. If I need tovto order online, I always opt for pick up at my local store. This offers a chance to visit & view what is available. Keeping our stores available.

HMV staff helpful and knowledgeable.
The staff at HMV shop in Middlesbrough were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The communication of when to expect the Vinyl was great and was delivered on time in good condition. Have no hesitation in recommending HMV and will continue to shop there.

The order took far too long to arrive…
The order took far too long to arrive and it came in separate parcels on different days!The store were far more helpful and therefore I will not order online from you again for an instore collection
