Bought this album for my wife. The website was easy to navigate. My wife likes vinyl records. Price and delivery were ok. It’s all good.

Unfortunately my order did not arrive in time for Christmas, i discovered the item was in stock, went to the Oxford St branch and asked if i could have that copy, as mine had not arrived. i was advised i could purchase that copy again, they could not just give it to me, and once my item arrived in store, my account would be refunded. i am still waiting for that refund.

Quick and prompt ordering of CD requested over the xmas period.

I bought some cds from the recently re-opened store in Oxford Street for Christmas and the amazing staff helped me to order from their online store one cd that wasn’t in the store. It arrived a few days later so in time for Christmas. I was really impressed and delighted with the service I received.

HMV is consistently brilliant, whether shopping online or visiting their Oxford Street store. Great offers both online and in-store, an excellent range of options, and genuinely friendly, cool staff who clearly love what they do. Always a pleasure to shop here — HMV still knows how it’s done.

I was trying to get hold of stranger things figures for Christmas which had shot up in price on Amazon. I went into HMV where the assistant was incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to order the item I was looking for and get it delivered before Christmas. She searched stockrooms online, changed computers and did everything she could to find the item u was looking for. HMV were fantastic, a reminder we still need bricks and mortar stores. Thank you for making my daughters Christmas.

my click and collect order arrived quickly. I wanted Five Nights of Freddy merch. there was limited merch available but did appreciate staff help in getting t-shirts in. I also bought a couple other pieces that appeared each time I walked in the store.
