My daughter and 2 friends attended the…
My daughter and 2 friends attended the Spiderman event today 23/7/26 arriving at 6am. Only few in front of them. When sraff were handing out limited wristbands for being able to get a goodie bag they past my daughter and her 2 friends so one of them asked if they could have wristband as they passed to carry on giving them out to the staff was very rude Absolutely disgusted . All 3 are neurodiverse and massive fans and made the effort and we're enough early as they wanted to get a wristband.

Easy to order on the HMV website. Choice to have my UHD Blu ray, either delivered or collect from store, chose to have it delivered to my local store. Was informed when it arrived at the store, collected that day.

It was almost perfect. Only thing that i didn't like was everything was payments and package was individually sent and taken. I can understand packages being sent indiviually due to weight and size. But couldn't payments been done as one. Maybe choice could be offered before customer agrees sale. To have payments done in one or separately. Just a thought.

With regard to payments, please be advised that credit/debit cards are only charged as and when the item is allocated to your order and ready to dispatch, so for orders consisting of multiple items dispatching at different times or from different warehouse locations, you may see items charged separately.
Should you wish to have a single payment, if you place the order using PayPal, as these are charged immediately when the order is placed, there would be just the single payment regardless of multiple dispatches.

Is very easy to use the website, I bought the CDs and asked to collect in store, to be faster. The whole process is informed by e-mail step by step and the staff is amazing.

Not delivered yet
One of the items from the order hasn’t been delivered yet. It’s taking too long. Had I known this, I’d buy it from the store and avoid any future pre-orders.
