Variety, friendly, support hmv shops etc
I checked online first for vinyl storage to curb dust & dust mites. I decided to go to the store as lovely sunny day & not been far for ages also support shops. I found what wanted but then bought other things which regret now as need another storage so may take vinyl cleaning kit back & get more storage. The first guy was friendly chatty. The second guy also friendly & chatty but I could not pay so will go monthly. Kindly gave me a bag as well. Please support hmv shops we don’t want them to shut & make people redundant do we? No!! Reading already a bit of a ghost town & lots of shops restaurants shutting.

I loved HMV's instore pre-ordering…
I loved HMV's instore pre-ordering service and would definitely recommend it. The staff took my order in cash and took the time to fully explain the process to me at the time of ordering. I then received 2 emails telling me my order was being dispatched and was ready to collect. It arrived on the day of release. The collection in the store was very easy and took only a few minutes. A very smooth service that makes pre-ordering an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Great Customer Service
They didn't have the cd we (my daughter and I) were looking for but the guy who served us Jre was very helpful and ordered it for us to be delivered in branch.
